Technical issues with Zurich's tax software, ZHprivateTax, have persisted, causing frustration among residents.
The software, used for digital tax submissions, has been intermittently unavailable or slow since last week.
Authorities attribute the problems to a surge in usage as the March 31 tax filing deadline approaches.
Despite earlier assurances of resolution, the system remains unstable, particularly during peak times.
Over half of Zurich's taxpayers now file digitally, a number that has steadily increased since 2021. The tax office is working intensively to resolve the issues and has apologized for the inconvenience.
