A serious accident occurred on a horse farm in Heiden, Switzerland, on Tuesday evening.

A 19-year-old rider was training on a course when she and her horse fell at an obstacle.

Despite wearing a helmet, the young woman suffered severe injuries and had to be airlifted to the hospital by Rega.

Fortunately, the horse was unharmed.
