The Aargau cantonal police conducted a motorcycle control operation on the popular Salhöhe route, resulting in several speed violations.
On a recently reduced speed limit section of 60 km/h, officers used a laser speed measuring device to catch offenders.
A 17-year-old motorcyclist was caught speeding at 101 km/h and was reported for passing the control point four times, leading to a temporary suspension of his learner's permit.
Similarly, a 21-year-old was recorded at 105 km/h.
Additionally, an 18-year-old was seen riding on one wheel and was clocked at 96 km/h, facing potential license suspension.
The police also reported two female motorcyclists, aged 17 and 21, for repeatedly riding up and down the pass unnecessarily, contributing to noise disturbances.
