A tragic plane crash occurred on Monday evening in La Punt Chamues-ch, Switzerland, claiming the lives of three Danish nationals.
The single-engine Extra EA-400 aircraft had taken off from Samedan Airport, bound for Roskilde, Denmark, but crashed just two minutes later near a residential area.
Eyewitnesses described the plane spiraling before hitting the ground and erupting into flames.
Miraculously, nearby homes were spared, though residents reported feeling the impact and fearing for their safety.
The victims, identified as a Danish lawyer, her partner, and their son, were returning home after a trip.
Investigations into the cause of the crash are ongoing, with authorities considering various possibilities, including a collision with a high-voltage line.
