Pierin Vincenz, the former Raiffeisen Bank director, is embroiled in a financial crisis with debts exceeding 56 million Swiss francs.
His assets remain frozen due to ongoing legal proceedings, and his only income is from social security.
The majority of the claims against him, over 50 million francs, come from Raiffeisen Bank, related to a controversial investment in the company Investnet.
Allegations suggest that Vincenz received 2.9 million francs from this deal, disguised as a loan, which the prosecution views as a concealed gift.
Additionally, Vincenz faces claims from other creditors, including a failed villa auction and unpaid taxes.
The legal process could extend for years, leaving his financial future uncertain.
