Halloween in Zurich saw a mix of festive fun and minor disturbances.

While many children enjoyed trick-or-treating in their neighborhoods, the Zurich police reported several incidents of vandalism and disturbances.

Officers responded to around fifty calls, mostly involving egg-throwing at buildings and vehicles, and the use of fireworks.

In Winterthur, police dealt with ten similar incidents, including a robbery where a man was threatened with a knife and robbed of 100 francs.

Despite these issues, no injuries were reported, and investigations are ongoing.

The night highlighted the need for increased safety measures during festive events.
