A 29-year-old Afghan woman was tragically killed in Bülach, Switzerland, allegedly by her 47-year-old husband, also of Afghan origin.

The incident occurred on a Sunday afternoon, with the victim found with fatal stab wounds.

Despite previous legal restrictions preventing the suspect from approaching the victim, there were no prior indications of non-compliance.

The suspect was apprehended at the German border the following day.
