In Zurich's Oerlikon district, the annual 'March for Life' drew over a thousand pro-life advocates, met by a significant police presence to prevent clashes with counter-demonstrators.
The march, advocating for better conditions for expectant mothers and families, faced disruptions from around 200 masked cyclists who attempted to block the route.
Despite the tensions, the police managed to keep the groups apart, ensuring the march proceeded without major incidents.
The counter-demonstrators, including members of local political groups, voiced their opposition to the march's anti-abortion stance, promoting bodily autonomy instead.
The event concluded with the police reporting minimal disturbances, having controlled and redirected over 100 individuals.
