The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (Finma) has launched proceedings against a network of companies and individuals linked to the investor platform "Moonshot," suspecting unauthorized financial activities.

Central to the investigation is a couple from Zug, Alexander and Madeleine Hübner, who are involved in several interconnected firms, including the luxury apartment operator Le Bijou.

The project in question, located in Bern's old town, promised high returns through luxury apartments and a restaurant named "Supernova.

" However, Finma's intervention has halted the project due to concerns over illegal financial practices, including operating as a securities and derivatives house without proper authorization.

The financial status of the involved companies remains unclear, and Finma has appointed an investigator to protect investor interests.

The situation has left investors frustrated and seeking recourse.
