The incident, which occurred in December 2021, gained widespread attention after being featured on the Swiss television program "Rundschau," which criticized the police's handling of the investigation.

However, the report by Professor Andreas Donatsch concluded that the police acted swiftly and professionally, taking the victim to the hospital and securing evidence promptly.

The only minor issue noted was a delay in securing a suspect's mobile phone over a year after the incident.
