In Zürich, a significant collision occurred between an ambulance and a car on Monday afternoon.

According to the Zürich city police, the accident happened shortly after 3 PM on Bellerivestrasse near Bahnhof Tiefenbrunnen.

The ambulance, from Männedorf Hospital, was heading into the city with its siren on when it collided with a passenger vehicle at an intersection.

The driver and passenger of the car sustained minor injuries and were taken to the hospital by Zürich's emergency services.

Fortunately, the patient in the ambulance was unharmed and was transferred to another ambulance for continued transport.

The Zürich city police are investigating the accident, with specialists from the accident technical service securing photographic, dimensional, and material evidence at the scene.
